Job Summary

  • The Wellbore Reliability Engineer leads the documentation, auditing, and root cause analysis of water influx mechanisms in horizontal wells, assessing wellbore integrity risks that impact economic life and developing mitigation strategies to ensure long term reliability.
  • This senior individual contributor role influences company wide wellbore reliability practices across Midland and Delaware Basin assets and is responsible for managing and implementing selected mitigation measures to ensure effective execution.
  • The role works as part of a multidisciplinary team, partnering closely with Production Engineering, Workover, Production Operations, Drilling, and Completions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related mathematics/statistics field

  • Proficiency in CBL/VDL interpretation
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI)
