Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with GMP and quality standards

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of DRM, Lean, and Six Sigma principles
  • Experience with GD&T and Risk Management tools
  • Familiarity with NPI processes and validation methods

Key Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree with 4 years experience OR Master's with 2 years

  • Engineering focused degree preferred
