Design the end-to-end operating model and roadmap for an organization-wide Innovation Camp (Accelerator), orchestrating cross-team collaboration to scale AI capabilities.
Partner closely with Innovation Product and Project Lead on AI project milestones, budgets, resources, and scaled releases, connecting the dots from MVP to operational rollout.
