Job Summary
The role is driving continuous improvement, standardization and capability building withing the demand planning function across DACH countries.
Support the demand review process within the IBP cycle by collecting assumptions and performing analysis vs. AC, PM and PY in collaboration with Category Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance and operations.
Support planners in improving ways of working and demand planning processes, train and coach demand planners on tools, processes and best practices.
