Job Summary

  • Provides direct support to organizations and their employees through the delivery of assessment, consultation, education and triage services.
  • Conducts critical incident response services, EAP assessment and short-term counseling, EAP orientations, customer webinars, critical incident response and health and wellness trainings.
  • Assumes responsibility for identifying individual and/or team’s operational challenges and/or inefficiencies and recommending possible continuous improvement plans to support department and company mission.

Key Requirements

  • Competent in crisis intervention
