Job Summary
Manages and services large-scale in-country data centre infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
Acts as Level 1 escalation point by overseeing and resolving all onsite operational incidents and major issues, responding and performing remote requests within SLA.
Implements best-in-class data centre operations based on ITIL and industry practices while ensuring effective safety, security, and customer support policies.

Key Requirements
At least 1 year relevant DC or facility operations experience or fresh graduate
Relevant qualifications in building services or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of Network Critical Infrastructure
Facilities management and data centre-related certifications (ITIL, PMP, Uptime Institute, TIA-942)
Familiarity with ISO and Uptime Institute certification standards
