  • The role requires primary ownership for resolution of complex contractual issues or disputes, engagement with Customers, and synchronizing Customer and Contract events with internal functions.

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience within Wind or other energy or industrial segments
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience with multi-year and transactional contract interpretation and management
  • Parts, Repairs and Service offerings and fulfilment experience
  • Experience in customer oriented roles
  • Equipment operations/maintenance/overhaul/upgrade requirements and recommendations
  • Assessments and mitigation strategies for commercial and fulfilment risk
  • Proficiency in English and computer application skills
