Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between beds and wheelchairs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
