Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
Developing training programs and materials
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as Pharmacist or in operational excellence
Proven experience leading process change management
Demonstrated ability to develop effective training programs
Strong experience in SOP creation and standardization
