  • Translate HR needs into technical Workday solutions, develop product backlogs, and actively shape the further development of the global HR system landscape in close cooperation with HR, IT, and international stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge in Workday or comparable HCM systems
  • Technical affinity and experience in system configuration
  • Experience in agile working methods and product backlog management
