Key Requirements
University degree in Surveying or relevant Engineering
Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
Corporate membership of HKIA, HKIS, RICS or equivalent
Experience in facilities management and contract works
Knowledge of Government procedures and requirements
Experience in handling A&A and fitting out projects
In-depth knowledge of latest technology of intelligent building
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
