Job Summary
This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for processing resident move-outs, enforcing the lease to maximize revenue, and promoting resident satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

Strong proficiency in using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)
