Salary
Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years software engineering experience
4+ years data engineering proficiency
Python Java or Scala programming
AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge
Apache Spark Kafka Iceberg experience
Nice-to-have
Continuous integration with Jenkins
Kubernetes and Terraform orchestration
Grafana Prometheus monitoring tools
Production triage and on-call experience
Collaborative team environment
Key Requirements
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
7+ years in Software Engineering or Distributed Systems
