We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the lead of Partner Role Excellence, bridging the gap between strategy and execution to ensure our Global Partner Organization has a competitive advantage.
You will modernize the learning experience by embedding AI-driven insights and personalized learning paths directly into the flow of work and lead the GTM Readiness for New Product Introductions.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $164,200 USD - $246,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,500 USD - $263,800 USD; If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $156,300 - $234,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
