The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to facility policies regarding protected health information and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor.
