  • You will be accountable for the development of programs and development solutions which drive measurable progress for our talent across the Group.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in Learning and Development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to accommodate travel up to 10%
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area
