  • Define and lead CNN’s subscriber retention product strategy, translating data-driven insights into high impact product led initiatives across onboarding, subscriber engagement and churn mitigation.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of collaborative, data-driven product managers and serve as the primary retention product leader for senior stakeholders.
