Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and monitoring for skin breakdowns or injuries.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access attempts.
