Job Summary
The Director of Business Risk acts as the primary risk manager for their Lines of Business, responsible for building and maintaining a high level of capability relative to risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
This role primarily supports the RBC Direct Investing & RBC InvestEase business as well as the RBC Wealth Management Data and AI segment, with a goal of creating a pro-active data & AI risk identification and control mitigation eco-system.

Base: $110,000 - $160,000; Bonus/Equity: Potential for discretionary variable compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including flexible benefits
