  • 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments
  • Electrical/Mechanical HVAC Engineering apprenticeship
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 certification
  • F-Gas equivalent or exceeds qualification
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation C&G 2391
  • BS 7671:2001 inspection testing and certification
  • Utilizing Corrigo platform for work orders

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent communication skills with all staff levels

  • Good IT and report writing skills

  • BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification
