Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Activity Department is to assist and run a creative and interactive activities program for residents. Employees will participate in planning and conducting individual and group activities while ensuring good communication among all stakeholders. The role involves assisting in the development of activity care plans and maintaining attendance records for residents.
• This position requires standing and walking frequently, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is usually low to moderate noise levels, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. Employees will also assist in arranging transportation for residents as needed.
