Job Summary

  • This position functions to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients, as well as providing necessary information to nursing and medical staff.
  • Technician must participate in continuing educational opportunities to meet annual competency requirements and comply with all hospital and pharmacy department rules and regulations.
  • All technicians must maintain a current PTCB certification through employment to work as pharmacy technician at OSU Medical Center department of Pharmacy.
