Salary
Base: $136,000 - $204,000 USD (Dallas) / $139,000 - $209,000 CAD (Toronto); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and potential equity; Benefits: Health, life, disability, retirement, PTO included

7+ years program management experience
Design governance frameworks
Manage cross-functional global initiatives
Develop executive dashboards and reporting
Experience with data center operations preferred
