  • Oversees daily operation of the guest services department, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation for admissions, retail, and food & beverage sales.
  • Ensures guests receive outstanding customer service by providing a friendly, fun, safe environment and enforces all safety standards and sanitation procedures.
