Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in all areas of the guest services department, overseeing staff, and coordinating programs to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Oversees daily operation of the guest services department, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation for admissions, retail, and food & beverage sales.
Ensures guests receive outstanding customer service by providing a friendly, fun, safe environment and enforces all safety standards and sanitation procedures.

Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
1-2 years of hands-on experience
Working towards a High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to obtain or have a current Food Handler’s certificate
