Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years healthcare leadership
  • 1+ year healthcare risk management
  • Registered Nurse (RN) required
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred
  • Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred
  • Lean Healthcare or Six Sigma training preferred
  • Just Culture training preferred
