  • Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives, acting as the Strategic Business Partner and functional Subject Matter Expert to Senior Hotel Leadership.
  • Oversee talent & culture initiatives, acting as a liaison between corporate office and hotel, and lead labor relations initiatives.
  • Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
