Job Summary
Supports the NA Collections Governance team and assigned senior leaders in executing strategic priorities that strengthen oversight, compliance, and operational excellence across the business.
Works closely with stakeholders across Canadian and U.S. Collections, Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Audit, and Enterprise partners to interpret business results, assess the operating environment, monitor emerging trends, and provide insights and recommendations.
