Job Summary
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape, mold, expand, and transform care delivery, educational offerings, and research collaborations across a highly complex, matrixed health system.
The Executive Medical Director will be accountable for clinical, operational, and financial performance across Rochester Regional Health System, serving nearly 300 miles of New York State.
Reporting to the RRH Chief Clinical Officer and partnering with the Chief Administrative Officer for Women’s Health, the EMD will co-lead a multidisciplinary team, acting as the connective tissue between frontline teams, enterprise strategy, and communities.
