Prudential Corporation Asia Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Finance in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will lead financial assessments for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization

Job Summary

  • Act as the Finance subject lead for investment asks relating to complex and high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring robust financial discipline and alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end approval lifecycle of business cases including reviewing of investment asks, conducting financial analysis & sensitivity modelling, coordinating with regional and Group stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with various business stakeholders to ensure the business case is precise summarizing the key objectives of the investment ask backed by reasonable returns on investment and validated underlying assumptions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Actuarial, or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) or actuary
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance and financial services
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in financial modelling
  • Competent at stakeholder management at all levels
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
