Job Summary
This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes, and developing and implementing patient plan of care.
Provides comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management, consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
