• The position will support the Regional Head of Controlling & Shared Services in driving digital transformation, AI and data enabled analytics, and system optimization across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
• This role focuses on consolidating fragmented systems, creating single source of truth dashboards with exception reporting, automating manual processes, and implementing AI-driven insights and predictive models to optimize finance, operations, and trading decisions.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in BI, data analytics, systems optimization, or finance process automation
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification in BI, Data Analytics, or Systems
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Sun, SAP, Oracle), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience managing system developers and coordinating IT teams
• Knowledge of internal controls, system security, and data governance principles
