Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop end-to-end security programs per DHS/TSA guidelines
  • Conduct Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessments (TVRAs)
  • Create Design Basis of Threats (DBT) reports
  • Implement Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
  • Manage project scope schedule and budget delivery
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response planning

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Cyber Security assessment requirements
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Background in transit rail port or aviation security
  • Ability to mentor and develop project teams
  • Proficiency in proposal development and contract negotiation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in security management
  • 10-12 years of relevant security or operations experience
  • ASIS CPP or PSP certification required
  • US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
