Lead and manage employee relations concerns, including counseling, investigations, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policy and labor standards.
Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience, while ensuring consistent application and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business
At least 3 years of relevant experience
