The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive test methods, plans, and validation protocols throughout various development phases including bench, HIL, durability, and on-road testing.
You will lead lab safety, housekeeping, and compliance programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and support root cause analysis.

Key Requirements
Bachelor or above in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
5+ years automotive engineering experience
3+ years steering/chassis systems testing or validation
Prior people management experience
Knowledge of ISO26262, GB17675, QC/T/529, QC/T1081, ECE R79 standards
Familiarity with metal and plastics aging behavior
