Job Summary

  • The facilities maintenance technician performs intermediate tasks related to day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
  • Functions will include but are not limited to: daily inspections, installations, general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and repairs.
  • Responds to emergency situations and evaluates and corrects defects, and may assist lower level facilities technicians.
