Job Summary
The facilities maintenance technician performs intermediate tasks related to day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
Functions will include but are not limited to: daily inspections, installations, general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and repairs.
Responds to emergency situations and evaluates and corrects defects, and may assist lower level facilities technicians.

Key Requirements
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Two years' experience in general maintenance
Valid OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
Demonstrated competence in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R
