Job Summary

• The Principal Trainer will work with the training manager, application coordinators, and application managers to develop and maintain the training program for roles within their application.
• This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, with potential locations in Secaucus, NJ, Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, or Schaumburg, IL.
• Responsibilities include developing role-based training content, designing and maintaining instructional materials, assisting with training environments, and training/credentialing additional trainers.
