The Director directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Club Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Guest Experience and in some cases Kids for All Seasons program to ensure guests are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved

Job Summary

  • The Director directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Club Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Guest Experience and in some cases Kids for All Seasons program to ensure guests are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved.
  • The Director also works closely with Sales and the Director of Revenue/Reservations to enhance the Hotel occupancy levels and rates.
  • Executive level incentive plans, health plans and insurance plans are offered, along with development opportunities including attending conferences and learning events.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort operations management
  • College degree required
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment
