Job Summary

  • Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters and independently handle cases, including conducting and moderating employee discussions.
  • Support and conduct change processes, restructurings, and reorganizations, including fulfilling information and consultation requirements, and carry out cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance and international ER and HR employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and collect and analyze ER data for process improvement.
