Job Summary
Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters and independently handle cases, including conducting and moderating employee discussions.
Support and conduct change processes, restructurings, and reorganizations, including fulfilling information and consultation requirements, and carry out cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance and international ER and HR employees.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and collect and analyze ER data for process improvement.
