Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
Associate's Degree or Diploma required
At least 1 year of RN experience
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
Proficiency with computer systems for patient care
Nice-to-have
BSN degree preferred
Previous specialty experience preferred
Demonstrated competence in RN II performance expectations
Willingness to serve as a charge nurse
Experience with NDNQI nursing sensitive indicators
