Job Summary

  • This entry-level supervisory position is accountable for directing hourly employees in the safe and efficient production of quality railcar parts for the facility.
  • The incumbent works to epitomize the company’s Quality Policy and ensures that subordinates work always meets an internal and external customer expectation.
  • Work directly with Plant Manager to manage workflow through the shop and ensure that the shop schedule is adhered to which will include performing tasks that may be performed by hourly personnel when required.
