  • You will co-lead the design, build, and ramp-up of technology-driven greenfield manufacturing capacity, including layout, automation strategy, and workforce model.
  • You will have full ownership of operational P&L performance, including conversion cost, productivity, fixed-cost absorption, and margin delivery.
