Base: $150,000 - $180,000 annual salary; Bonus/Equity: Production bonus, signing bonus up to $100,000, DVM Long-Term Incentive Cash Program; Benefits: CE allowance, paid licenses and dues, referral bonuses, relocation assistance, 401k with company match
