Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets by ensuring the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while also discovering and filling team vacancies according to company recruitment regulations and MR capability models.
  • Maintain contact with key long-term customers and clients, supervising Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they provide key promotional information according to the work plan (POA) and within approved detailed auxiliary materials.
