  • Own and grow Castrol Industrial’s business across Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean by acquiring new logos, expanding share of wallet in strategic accounts, and strengthening partnerships with manufacturers, industries, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distributors.
  • Demonstrate safety leadership, role-model BP’s Code of Conduct, leverage digital tools to run a disciplined business, and bring an entrepreneurial mentality to scale profitable, sustainable growth.
  • The role offers hybrid work with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office at Santa Fe offices, supports up to 50% travel, and provides benefits including flexible working options, paid parental leave, and retirement plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate experience preferred
  • 5–8 years B2B industrial sales or key account management
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-country accounts
  • Proven OEM/Tier 1 engagement and technical approvals
  • Experience working with distributors in Mexico & CCA
  • English proficiency in written and verbal communication
