  • The Facilities Maintenance Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly efficient facility environment at the Raritan site in support of critical manufacturing operations.
  • This role oversees all aspects of facility management, including infrastructure, maintenance, and specialized functions such as HVAC, electrical systems, pest control, MRO, and Building Management System (BMS) ownership.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Facilities Engineering team, ensuring standardized practices, operational efficiency, and effective issue resolution.
