Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly efficient facility environment at the Raritan site in support of critical manufacturing operations.
This role oversees all aspects of facility management, including infrastructure, maintenance, and specialized functions such as HVAC, electrical systems, pest control, MRO, and Building Management System (BMS) ownership.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Facilities Engineering team, ensuring standardized practices, operational efficiency, and effective issue resolution.
