Establish and manage end-to-end tool, fixture, and gage management systems, ensuring standardization, traceability, and lifecycle visibility.
Develop and implement a digital Tool Management System (TMS) integrated with MES/ERP to enable data-driven decision-making, predictive maintenance, and tool life optimization.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and smart factory teams to integrate tool and gage data into connected digital platforms for full process visibility.

ACE/CORE Accreditation and or LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt
