Responsibilities include leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities, as well as defining internal financial processes, systems, and controls.

Base: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible to participate in an annual performance bonus program; Benefits: competitive compensation and benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
12+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related roles
Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP and planning systems preferred
