Job Summary

  • Manage continuous improvement processes in the plant, optimize raw material and material consumption, optimize OPEX, and support improvement projects.
  • Ensure the implementation and consolidation of the Continuous Improvement Culture in the plants as support for productive and continuous improvement areas.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to improve the productivity of the Production area and manage the elaboration and updating of process standards (SOPs) and personnel training.
