Job Summary

  • He/She should have a solid understanding of the construction sector's MOM laws and regulations, as well as the knowledge to use the online work pass applications (WPOL & EPOL) and related matters
  • He/She reports to the GM (F&A), Manager (F&A) and DGM (HR/Admin) and provides administrative support to the HQ team, the project team, and subsidiary companies
  • Able to offer negotiations and conduct onboarding and induction programs with new hires
