** Michelin is seeking a B2B Business Development Manager focused on expanding its market presence beyond road applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, particularly in the automotive or machinery sectors, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • In our Business Development roles, you will focus on knowing and analyzing your market, implementing business strategy, managing dealer accounts, and being responsible for the business relationship and results with your accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Key accountabilities include deploying customer action plans, developing necessary tools and documentation, creating sales volume and Share Of Market growth, bringing in new dealers, building relationships with brands, contributing to promotional events, and developing performance reports.
  • We are looking for candidates with 5 years of experience in sales, a hunting mindset, good analytical and communication skills in English & Vietnamese, and the ability to work under pressure with non-standard working hours and willingness to travel.
